Our Picture Day Process
We keep things simple, personal, and reliable from start to finish:
📅 Booking Made Easy
Once your center books a photo day, either myself or my fiancée and manager, Jenn, will confirm the date and add it to our personal calendars.
📬 Follow-Up & Customization
In the weeks leading up to picture day, we’ll stay in touch to confirm all the details and share available options with families—such as background choices or seasonal themes and props.
📸 Picture Day Setup & Experience
We’ll arrive about an hour before the first session to set up our lightweight, professional equipment. We focus on creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere to make sure every child feels comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
🖼️ Proofs the Same Day
At the end of the session, each child receives printed proof sheets to take home that very day, giving families an immediate preview of their portraits.
🌐 Private Online Galleries
Each family will also receive a private online gallery to view their child’s portraits at home and select from a variety of print packages and products through our professional lab partners.
